Numb Foot

The right side of my foot has been completely numb for about 1-1/2 weeks now. I'm concerned about possible circulations problems, pinched nerves, or possibly a problem with plantar warts. In the same area, I have some plantar warts - but they don't look bad. My foot looks the same - but numb. In my other leg - my ankle is just slightly retaining fluids and always looks thicker than the ankle with numb foot - not alot - just slightly. As far as my back, I also have a slight numb spot below my scalpula (same side as numb foot) that has been that way for years.

Thanks.
