Wired ribcage

My grandmother has had two bypass surgerys and has her ribs wired together, my question is this she fell a several years back and hurt her hip nothing broken but she has had pain in her back and hip ever since. She want to go see a chiropractic however doesnt think she can. I was wondering if she can be seen even with her ribs being wired?
