Re: have question

: Slipped on ice and went to hospital later on was told have upper and lower buldging disks and needed pain management and have been to many doctors and now im with pain managment but still in alot of pain.I was slippy backwards and jerked forward and went home layed down and went to get up and that was it for me since then injections just in lower back and when that was done more pain in the upper back neck down hurts and i cant deal with it cant sit cant stand cant lay down for any period of time im sitting here right now in pain and have to go to have arms typing hurts neck and back.I dont know what to do where to go for help!
