Comments:: Hi, : I wake up every morning with pain in the back of both knees and sometimes in the inside of both elbows. It usually subsides within a few hours but sometimes lasts all day. I fall asleep in the fetal position. My work consits of sittin at a desk most of the day. Any advice? : Thank you
