Re: mild dextroscoliosis of the thoracic vertebrae

I would like to ask help about my mild dextroscoliosis in my thoracic spine. I hope we help me about my problem so that i prevent this before it will be worst...id like to give me an idea on how to prevent this...and what kind of exercise i would be done...
