I have had two MRI's and the result's aredegenerative desiccation and decreeased heightof the lower L4-L5 and to the lesser degree, L5 and S1 disk noted. L4-L5, T2 hyperintensity is present in the posterior midline of the outer annulus conistent with annular fissure with mild associated protrusion of the disk.This causes no appreciable deformity of the adjacent thecal sac, however. L5-S1, posterior midline disk protrusion results in compression of the adjacent thecal sac and appears to contact the proximal S1 root sleeves as well.L4-L5, prosterior midline annular fissure with only very mild associated protrusion suggested causing no appreciable deformity of the adjacent thecal sac.L5- S1 posterior midline and left paramidline disk protrusion appears to contact and deform the ventral thecal sac and may contact the proximal S1 root sleeves as well
