Re: Bone fractures

Approximately two weeks ago I fell forward on my knees and broke by left ankle. X-rays showed a clean break and am now in an "air cast." A few days later, I noticed my left rib cage starting to hurt; even though I didn't fall on it. Could I have a broken rib or bruised rib as well? I am taking Advil for the pain, and feel no pain either in my foot or rib. I have trouble sleeping at night though. If I did break my long does it take to heal? Thank you

Knitted lumbar support incorporating an adjustable, anatomically contoured silicone insert stabilizes and relaxes the lower back muscles.
