So tired after Chiropractor appt

Hi, I started seeing a chiropractor a week ago because of a hip dislocation. He's adjusted it 3 x now in the week and it's definitely helped. It isn't sticking and I dont get the sharp pain I had before.
Here's the problem:
Now the muscles above my glutes are so sore. He told me that is normal so I'm not concerned about that but what is strange is I am so exhausted! Normally I have alot of energy but yesterday after my appt I came home and slept for 4 hours. Then about 3 hours later I fell asleep again and slept for 9 hours. I've been awake now for about 2 hours and have no energy at all.
What do you think? Is it my body telling me to rest? He told me I should make sure I keep moving so the muscles dont get stiff.
