Re: missing spinous process--genetic?

Hi! I am a massage therapist and recently had 2 clients with, what seems to me, missing spinous processes, somewhere about Th12. They did not know about it before and they do not have any problems in this area. I have never seen it before so I am not too sure what to do with it. What should I recommend them? Thanks
