back pain

I have been in a lot of pain for quite a while now. It doesn't matter what I do. And when I rub my finger down my spinal cord one of my vertibraes is nowhere to be found. If I strech or twist my back pops by it's self. And now it's even getting painfull to breathe. Do I need to go to a chiropractor?
