hand buckled under heavy weight

44 years old and was lowering a 1x1x8 foot long beam, about 250lbs, using corect form with a spotter. when I got the beam to chest height and about to reposition my hands to lower it to the floor, my right hand seemed to buckle toward the pinkie. now 4 days later, the middle of my right shoulder muscle is sore. My right hand, ring and pinkie fingers tingle and go numb under certain movements or placements but quickly recover if I reverse the movement. Also the hand is not swolen or hurts in any way....what is wrong?
