back injury, numb thigh

I hurt my back this weekend and it felt like a "snap". I now have a radiating pain that feels like it's going from the back of my pelvis out the front. The pain is worse when I sit. Also, a part of my right thigh and the right side under my belly button to my hip bone is also numb. Do you know what this could be and what should I do? Thanks

For Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The silicone insert fits next to the skin. The insert stabilizes the muscles and apply force to relieve epicondylitis.
