jammed toe

12 days ago I stubbed my small toe on my left foot. not unusual for me but this time the pain is worsening. I am unable to wear regular shoes, thankfully it is summer so I am wearing sandals but it hurts to even put pressure on the foot, so I am still limping. I don't think a MD would be of any assistance, would just tape it and tell me to wait it out. could Chiropractic be of any real help?

The Achillotrain has a viscoelastic heel-wedge to raise the heel for relief of Achilles tendon. A silicone insert on the back of the Achillotrain leaves tendon pressure-free and provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
