Chiropractors arent a fraud, but they can only help to the extent of what they address. Finding a good one is crutial. In my opinion...DO NOT SOLEY USE THE ACTIVATOR METHOD TO ADJUST THE SPINE. This is my own opinion and what Ive experienced. The body stays rigid unless manual adjustment is done. Chiropractors adjust the bones of the spine and body. If they do not address the muscles which hold the bones in place...a person will never get anywhere...I know from experience. A person doesnt realize that muscles in the legs arms and abdominal area can affect the rest of the body tremendously. I had told one chiropractor pertaining to finding a muscle trigger point or not is like having an itch on the right side of the back and scratching the left side. Its still there, you just didnt hit the spot. He looked at me and said I see your point.
