Re: Trouble swallowing?

You could possibly have tight SCM muscles...the large ropey on that goes from your ear to the inside part of your collarbone. Tight neck muscles have alot to do with swallowing, as I have had the problem myself. IF you do not have any neck problems or issues, range of motion exercises for your neck may help.
