Back pain only after lying down 4-5 hours

For the past 4 months I have been woken from sleep after about 4-5 hours with a pain in the middle of my back on the right side. It occurs in the exact same spot every night. I have been to many different kinds of practitioners to assess this problem but no one really has a clue as to what's going on. An acupuncturist suggested that perhaps it's a rib head.Once I start moving around, I'm completely fine. I exercise regularly and feel no pain during the day, just at night after lying down for several hours. Then I can't go back to sleep. I have had x-rays, blood tests, urine test and nothing appears to be wrong. But I haven't had a full night's sleep in a long time and am exhausted and occasionally depressed. Any clue?
