Lump in lower right back

I have a small lump in my lower right back just above my right buttocks. It does not hurt, it is soft and I can move it around a little bit. It is not growing but I do have some pain in my right side that radiates down my right leg. Can this be related? Do you know what this may be? What is your advice?
