Bulging disc and pinched nerve...

I went to the chiropractor yesterday and had x-rays taken. The findings were that I have a bulging disc in my lower back along with a pinched nerve.(not sure which disc...its the lowest one on my back I believe.)Along with my spine being severly out of alignment, my neck is in poor condition as well. My chiropractor says that this can take up to 6 months treatment to correct. Do you think I should have a second opinion done? Does 6 months treatment sound extensive, or would surgery be an option?

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
