Hump on back of neck

I have just been told by a physiotherapist I have a dijon hump(not sure of spelling). I did not notice before this, but now am aware. Have been a headache sufferer for several years and no-one has ever told me this. Have been shown exercises to do and told to correct my posture. Would a chiropractor be any help?

The T2 active ankle support, is state of the art ankle protection gear. It's feather light EVA padding system hugs every contour of the ankle for an incredibly snug, comfortable fit.
