Groin pain and achillies tendon pain

when I sit for any length of time and then attempt to walk I have a lot of soreness in my tendon on my right heel it almost feels like my achillies tendon has shortned also there appears to be some swelling about mid section on the tendon.I have quite a lot of pain in my right groin when I am sitting same side as achillies problem.About a year ago I had some musle problems on my right lower back had severe pain that appeared to come around into my groin it fely like very hot liquid running in my groin. This cleared up after receiving about four or five sessions of physio.and resting for about two weeks.I await your comments re;the above.

Anatomically knitted knee support incorporating contoured silicone insert surrounding the patella: The kinetically integrated guide counteracts lateralization of the pattella. During activity the insert not only counteracts patellar malalignment but provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
