Re: bulging discs

Discs can normally bulge on their own as you age. Typically its a sign of initial degeneration of the disc (weakening). What can you do? Do see a chiropractor. Chiropractors treat disk problems such as yours on a daily basis. If the discs are pushing on the nerves then yes, its a big deal.
