Back issues in general

Iím 18 years old and female, with no real health problems and no history of back issues in my family. When I was younger Doctors thought that I had scoliosis, but after seeing two specialists it turned out that I donít have it. Iíve wanted to see a chiropractor for some time now, but just canít seem to make it to one.
I have a lot of discomfort in my lower back, mainly my lumbar vertebrae. Whether I sit up completely straight or hung over like an old lady, I have to constantly shift or I have pain. I also have problems with my left collar bone, and sitting up straight. If I straighten out my back and sit up straight my collar bone makes a small popping noise, as if itís snapping into place or something. It can be felt, and herd.
I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to fix theses issues, cause they plague me all day long. I donít want look like a hunch back when I get old, haha, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

For Tennis Elbow (lateral epicondylitis). The silicone insert fits next to the skin. The insert stabilizes the muscles and apply force to relieve epicondylitis.
