Desiccated Disc - what will be my fate?

Findings: Desiccated L4-L5 intervertebral disc with a mild broad based central protrusion obliterating the anterior subarachnoid space is noted. There is no signifant compression of the dural sac or nerve roots.

Impression: Degenerative changes with a subtle broad based central portrusion of L4-L5 disc is noted. No other significant abnormality observed.
