That feeling that runs through your arm and almost feels . There is definitely nothing funny about it. The pain I have been feeling starts at my right shoulder blade and runs through my arm and into my right hand. Often its tingling numb and painful, other times I think I have arthritis pain. I have had this for several years and experience it mostly after any kind of usage. Its extremely painful. My pinky finger is the only one not affected. The ring finger is only slightly effected. The middle and index finger hurt the most and at times feel as if I cant move them. THe thumb often aches and throbs of pain. Its unbearable. What can I do to subside the pain? Any stretches?

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
