Lower back pain, neck pain

I threw out my lower back about 9 months ago and since them it still gets very sore after a busy day at work. (I am a dog groomer). Two weeks ago my neck started to hurt when looking up and has been more painful over time. I also have been experiencing a dull pins and needle feeling in my feet and hands.. and now my legs and arms. Very dull, but it is worrying me. I have an appointment with a physical therapist in a week. I'm 24, and I'm wondering if all this ties in with my lower back. ??Thank you

Knitted ankle support incorporating an anatomically contoured silicone insert lying posterior to the medial and lateral malleolus and over the front of the foot. Used to reduce swelling and soreness.
