Lateral pelvic tilt

Went to a chiropracter who took some X-rays.

Turns out my right hip is 8cm above my left hip, ive dont some research and a theres very little info on this subject, one site says the only treatment is orthopedics. Can chiropractic care treat this and how many treatments would you beleive it would take?

Also what muscles are causing this imbalance?
