Patient with Cyatic Nerve Pain Left Hip & Left Leg

I am going to have to ask the Oncologist to send me to some kind of Doctor that can handle Cyatic Nerve Pain.I am a real tough case. I have 7 vertebrae that have cement in them (Kyphoplasty surgery) and take morphine for the bone pain.
This new pain from the Rear left hip area to the left thy and left knee is excruiating. Does anyone have any idea what kind of doctor to see and what I can take to reduce the pain.
