Pain in back that moves to sternum

I have been having some upper back pain between the shoulder blades for some time now. When I sneeze the pain tends to move from my back through my sternum where I get a sharp pain. I have had x-rays from my local Chiro. and he said everything looks perfect. My upper back always feels like it needs to crack but I can't get it to relieve. Any ideas what my be causing this problem. I am a healthy athletic 29 year-old male.

Silicone inserts leave the epicondyle pressure-free and provide an intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
