I woke up to a great deal of pain/soreness in my neck, shoulders and back about 4 weeks ago. Like most
people, I figured I had slept in a weird position and that it would heal itself in a few days or less. Well,
the pain has been continuing for almost 4 weeks now. It
radiates between my right shoulder blade and spine and just makes it feel sore and tight all up through my neck.
The pain lessens during the day, but is terrible again in the mornings. What should I do before I make an appointment to see the chiropractor?
