Osteoarthritis in the joints of the back of the spine, the last and second to the last vertebrae of the spine (Lumbar spine).

"There is some narrowing of L4-5 disk space."

Osteoarthritis (disc degeneration). Disc drying out.

"There is marginal spur formation at L2-3."
Bone spurs (aka Osteoarthritis)at the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebra.

There is levoscoliosis.
A curve in the spine that points to the left

What I can do or what treatment is best.
