Upper Back/Shoulder pain next to or under shoulder blade

Hello

I am in a great deal of pain as I write this to you. Would like to know if there is anyway to "click" this back into place (whatever it is that has come loose). It just happened recently, I consider myself to be reasonably fit and healthy. I am a smoker so maybe not as fit as most. I developed this back pain suddenly when I woke up one morning. I have heard it is due to posture. I work infront of a computer all day. Addmitedly I do slouch when I sit infront of a computer. I just do not think about how I am sitting, I just get on with it. Is there a cure for this because I cannot concentrate with this pain
