Neck and dizziness

Hello,
I was wondering if you can PLEASE answer my question. For the last 5 months I wake up in the morning and when I turn my head my neck has a slight click noise. (it is not painful it is just sore) as the day goes on it isnt painful or sore but When I rotate my head it literally sounds like bones cracking in the back of my neck (but there is no physical pain and no soreness) My main concern is would this be causing me to feel dizzy? I do sleep and always as long as I have know slept laying straight on the bed and my head turned toward the left (laying on the right side of my head) I only use one pillow also. I have never seen a chiropractor and was wondering if I would benefit from seeing one to relieve my dizziness

Thank you!

Silicone inserts leave radius and ulna pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
