plnaterfasiatis and spurs

I have had one operation on my left foot for a spur and partial seperation of planerfacia. Still feel discomfort in foot on left foot but not pain from spur. Have now got 'stone bruise' pain in right foot. Am pre-primary teacher and on feet alot. Reflexologist suggested that cyatic nerve may be culprit, or may be problem with bone density. what is your opinion. Am at wits end. Feel 105 years old and only 40.
