Thanks for the complement Rio! Yes, swimming is a great idea. I think before you start exercises outside of the pool its a good idea to see the chiropractor about this back issue. We need to take a look at this and figure out what is going on and why you are in pain. We need to correct the problem and then start the exercises to stabilize the area. Talk with your chiropractor and see what they think.
