I have a question about sleeping. I was wondering if it is bad for your neck/back to sleep with one pillow flat on the bed. I have heard that it is, and then I have heard that sleeping with your pillow arched up is bad as well. I have been having back and neck pains and have gone to a chiropractor twice to get tendons adjusted. Could this be due to sleeping with my pillow flat? Please let me know via email.
