Red flags!! This all needs to be checked out by your intenist. All signs of cardiovascular problem. Does not mean it is, better safe than sorry. Surprised to see your doctor brush this off as "get a massage". Rule everything else out and then turn your attention to a muscular problem. Many organic diseases can mimic back pain. Hows your blood pressure?
