tremors

I am 65 years old and have a bad back. It dosen't bother me a lot if I don't lift much weight and exercise. I have had a small problem for years with musle tremors when I try to relax or fall asleep. The last several months they have gotten worse. my sholder twiches, my legs jerk, and sometimes my whole chest jerks. I just wonder if being out of alignment could cause this?
