Re: Pain in lower back, to the sensored, down the leg

I have pain for 5 days now.
Starts at my lower back right side and radiates down to my ankle. All on the right portion of my leg. It's worse when I sit and lay down.
What could it be and are there any exercise to help it?
I have been stetching but that does nothing.
Help!
