old injury??would help now work???

hello :) i'll keep it short and sweet... about 18 years ago i smacked my tailbone out of whack on a waterpark ride...bruised...sore...never saw a doc though...i do notice a significant difference in where my tailbone is in reference to my spine...which is to the left...maybe about 1/2" to 1"...didn't really notice anything for many years... now i am 35...in decent shape...strong back and stomach... notice things like i can do sit-ups with out falling to the side...poor circulation in feet and legs...numbing in toes...extremely flatfooted...i were orthotics to help....

i can live like this...i always have.... but i am curious if any medical attention would help me... :) or is it too late ? thank you for anyone's time :)
