MRI lingo

I recently had an MRI, the report shows the following:

There is a perineural sacral Tarlov cyst at the level of S2 measuring 6 mm. There is no compression deformity or listheses. Marrow signal appears unremarkable. L4-L5 is slightly desiccated. There is mild hypertrophy of the right L5-S1 facet joint.

What does all this mean???? I have almost constant syotic? pain down my leg into my calf. I have needle like pain in my sacrayliac joint and general soreness in lower back. Thank you
