mild dextroscoliosis of the thoracic vertebrae

im 23 yrs old and i had my x-ray result yesterday with the readiographic findings as :

mild dextroscoliosis of the thoracic vertebrae

can somebody please help me by giving me additional information about this specifically on what methods, exercise, therapy or medicines i should have to improve my situation and make sure that i dont get worst.. pls pls help!
