chaffed spine

Just curious to why every time my spine becomes chaffed I feel nauseated, sometimes breathless and sort of lightheaded. If I lay down and relax and the pain stops then I feel ok.Is it a vaso vagal response with nerve pain??? At times during the day usually after sleeping I get up and feel ok. Then a couple hurs later my upper spine and or neck can become chaffed feel and then the sick feel starts.I have had heart tests and everything looks ok so doctors never find anythnng.I often have pvcs but tests are normal. But when I am chaffed I ofgen feel a bit short of breath and sick to the stomach.
