Jaw and Neck

Hi, I've read your disclaimer and fully understand. I am looking for information, guidance...so thank you in advance for you time.

I had my jaw dissected and reconstructed with my fibula. My recent MRI shows disc bulge and some nerve compression around c4, c5 and c6. I have CRPS 2 and my jaw is hypersensitive to anything done on the neck...thus I can't have chiropractic work even the tool with a rubber thingy on the end...my jaw will hurt more and swell.

My question, is there anything I can do in addition to what I am, very limited stretches, try better sleep positions...but some days the pain is too much and the numbness in the fingers is over powering...

I have to limit my ibuprofen intake; I am on an opioid for the CRPS.

Any information or direction to gain better knowledge is appreciated...

Continued success with your practice.
