Hip bone length

The other day I went to a chiropractor for left heel pain. He did X-rays on my heel as well as my back. The heel seemed to have a little bit of accumulation of what's been called bone spur. Then he mentioned about my hip bones are 0.68cm in difference. Is this something that I need to worry about or to fix in the near future? I really appreciate some feedback, thank you.
