low back stiffness

I'm 32 and had an ingrown toenail for about 2 months. Being the stubborn person I am thinking it would heal on its own, it got infected and very painful and I walked on the outside of my foot for about a month. Now my lower back is very sore and hurts to do simple tasks, i.e. bending, coughing and sneezing. What can I do to fix this?

Aircast Cryo/Cuff system applies controlled safe compression to minimize hemarthrosis and swelling, and cold to minimize pain. Its simplicity makes it ideal for the ER, post-op, training room and home.
