rotated/twisted vertabra (c2?)

Hi there, I am 19 years old and fell backward off my skateboard at about 40kph(fairly slow by the usual standards). I landed with full force on the base of my neck/shoulderblades. This happened about 7 months ago and over the last three months I noticed restricted neck and shoulder movement, back pain and aching as well as stiff shoulder muscles. After having a closer look/feel around by my GP and my mum (studying nursing, always bandaging me up....) it seems that one of my vertabra has twisted/rotated about 40°toward my right shoulder. I can't afford treatment or examination right now so I'm wondering if there are any exercises that I can do at home to help bring it back to it's normal position? How serious an injury is this and is it likely to worsen if left unchecked?

The T2 active ankle support, is state of the art ankle protection gear. It's feather light EVA padding system hugs every contour of the ankle for an incredibly snug, comfortable fit.
