're: Degenerative joint disease involving the lumbar spine.

I was rear ended in a minor car accident on Jan 26. I sustained lower back pain/ lower back spasms. As of today, I still have the same pain, unable to bend over for no more than 5 minutes, doing so causes me to feel a strain in my stomach. I have a feeling in my lower back as if I have Icy Hot on. The instructions I received from the hospital: no bending or stooping, prolonged sitting or lifting greater than 10lbs for two. Return to work in three days when better. Unfortunately, I do manual labor work. Is there a recovery time for my condition? Thank you for your help.

Anatomically knitted knee support incorporating contoured silicone insert surrounding the patella: The kinetically integrated guide counteracts lateralization of the pattella. During activity the insert not only counteracts patellar malalignment but provides intermittent compression for the reduction of swelling and edema.
