Back/Foot Pain

I am a runner and have had some history of back problems. In 2008, I had pain on the inside of my thighs above my knees. After much unsuccessful treatment, a physical therapist came to the conclusion that the problem was in my back and successfully treated me. When I was born, I had a light broad patch of hair in the middle upper part of my back. The patch of hair went away. Right around this injury in 2008 the patch of hair came back. About a year and a half ago I developed what I think/thought was peroneal tendonitis in both feet. I have been through months of PT/chiropractors and after unsuccessful treatment and the onset of lower leg twitching and twitching at the site on my back, I had X-Rays done to test for spina bifida. The tests came back negative. The sight under the hair is an acute point of back pain for me. Any thoughts on this?
