Cervical stenosis?

What should I do next, or what other plan can I follow that will help this condition? Have had chiropractic treatments to line all discs up, but have bad C 6-7 that did slip and actually 3-7 from degeneration.Have pressure down legs and feet hurt with sharp pains in them -worse the longer I stand up. Internal organs feel pressure. C 6-7 lisped to the left when it slipped, so my left arm is some difficult to raise. Had laminectomy on L 4-5 45 years ago. Thank you.

Pro-Tec Athletics' J-Lat Knee Support helps guide the patella back into proper alignment with gentle pressure from the lateral to medial direction. Compression surrounding the patella will help keep it in the patella-femoral groove.
