Documents for a Review

What documents do chiropractor's need for an employee review?
I am an L.M.P working for a chiropractor, and I was promised that every 3 months I will have a review for a raise. 3 months have passed, and when I ask, all the chiropractor says is she needs to collect documents that are coming through the mail. But now its a few days away from the 4 month mark. And these documents are apparently taking weeks to be sent to her house. And honestly Im feeling pretty impatient about now. Does anyone know anything about these documents... or should I say "documents"
